The staff Mr Sonu was very polite, understanding and cooperated very well. The bus was on time, and moreover the bus was clean and well maintained from outside as well as inside.

This bus never come on time because driver and kinner runing bus like local tempo on everyspot they stop bus and taking passengers very bad if same will run one day new uncle will close. Same route Sonu and syndicate is best i request to all book that tickets only.

Its very bad experience not only me other passenger also feeling same thing ... bus time was 9.05 pm but bus came around 9.40 pm.... main thing tire condition is very poor....bus was punctured twice in a single journey...... i m giving single star just becoz of formality...... Unofficially sold my seat as I was 10 mins late. lied that bus is 60 kms away even though I could see on map it was hardly 10 mins away. Booking office asked the driver not to stop even while I was chasing the bus so that his theft shouldn't get caught. (Talking about Dwarkadish bus)
