Most inexperienced and unprofessional service center I ever have seen. Sharing my experience here and my request is never ever go this center with your beloved vehicle. They will make it a he'll and mess. Sharing my experience for your reference I do stay at Ernakulam and satisfactorily doing my service at St. MARYS motors. On 5th June 2023, on my way from Kollam to Ernakulam, I dropped at your Kayamkulam service center at about 11 am to adjust and lube drive chain. Also said to check a small rattling sound from front portion. After that 3 or 4 people drove the vehicle and confirmed the small sound. They said that the sound is coming from the front axle and it need to be greesed. The greesed it and again 3people drive the vehicle and then they dismantled the head assembly and when enquired they said the sound is from the head assembly and they said this happens in several vehicles that after 5k kilometers or so both axle and head assembly get dry and it need to be greesed. Again I told them to give my vehicle since I am on my way to Ernakulam. They kept me waiting till 5 pm and nothing rectified. Them I saw they put my vehicle on the ramp and going to dismantle some engine part. Then I complained the matter to the manager who was completely defensive did not wanted to hear me but to justify his people. After that I asked them to stop working on my vehicle and give it back. After 5pm the returned the vehicle and after giving gate pass one guy came and spryed lube. And the vehicle was full of grease and dust. They did not bother to clean the vehicle. since I need to travel another 110 km I took the vehicle and started. The result is that after dismantling and refitting the head assembly and front axle by inexperienced trainees the vehicle started wobbling on very slow and high speeds. I lost confidence in my vehicle by the unwanted repair works done to my vehicle by Un professional and inexperienced staff of Royal Enfield services at kayamlulam. I insisted to record the works done to my vehicle in my service record.
