Though this hotel doesn't take online bookings due to always being fully booked by celebs, last moment check in was given to me.
Great service by the staff.

One of the best residence in erattupetta. The hospitality, the rooms the hygiene each and every aspects are impeccable. The staffs (especially Mr. Ajay) and the owner all are well supportive and gives us good care.

I had a wonderful experience at the Rieva Residency.The Rooms were very clean especially bathroom, very comfortable to stay here. And the staffs were so amazing. They were so friendly and good customer service. Thank you so much for the entire team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone to stay including my friends and families.
