Very good place for fitness freaks. One place for all types of workouts. Cross fit, Zumba, step aerobics, spin etc. Trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. They support in achieving your goal.

A great place if you need to get personal training, rehabilitation. A place to go for sports performance if you like to get into sports and get fit for the sports you play. Also in house nutritionists support and complement the fitness activities you perform. A word about trainers, very well informed, certified and great communication. Never crowded. It's a great place for all those fitness enthusiasts who want to see progression . They have a gym, combat center and yoga studio too. They have wonderful professional trainers, having knoweledge to cater to the special popullation such has teenagers, athletes, senior citizens, injury management etc.........

Friday: 6 am to 9 pm
Saturday: 6 am to 9 pm
