I recently visited Reliance SMART Superstore in Kottayam, and I must say it was a delightful shopping experience. The store is conveniently located and easily accessible, with ample parking space available.
Upon entering the store, I was impressed by its spacious layout and well-organized aisles. The wide selection of products on offer was impressive, ranging from fresh produce and groceries to household essentials, electronics, and more. It truly lived up to its reputation as a one-stop shopping destination.

Their home delivery service is the worst in Kottayam. They charge for delivery, but then delay the delivery by extending the delivery date. They also do not allow you to cancel your order once they process it. They claim that you can cancel your order at any stage before it is shipped, but this is not true. They will start processing your order on the second day, and then disable the cancel button. They will also change the promised delivery date at their convenience, every day.
I would not recommend this home delivery service to anyone. It is the worst in Kottayam.????????

This Superstore is in between SH Mount and Nagampadom opposite to Hotel Indraprastha. It's having two floors. You will get all groceries including fruits, vegetables and biscuits from here at affordable and also discounted pricing with freshness. All types of vessel items and cooking wares get from here at discounted prices. It is the perfect place for all your home and kitchen needs. Dress items and footwears are available here for all at discounted and too affordable prices. All staffs are a cooperative attitude. Awesome shopping experience. Good parking spaces they provide. All payment options including Google Pay are accepted here. Strongly recommended...

The shop is good as you get almost all items for day to day house needs. The counter staff needs to improve their behaviour. They are slow in billing.
