One of the best fitness club in the city with qualified and experienced professionals trainers. Specially the Head Coach (Navdeep ) is ultimately the best in the town with his skills and experience in fitness and nutrition. I must say vist here onces before trying anywhere else !!

I had a few confusions about the gym before joining , I thought it was a random gym and after joining I realised that a gym is not good because of the equipment it has ,it is good because of a experienced trainer like sandeep sadotra. Don't judge a book by it's cover got Real.

Sunday: (Christmas Day), Closed
Monday: 6:30am to 9pm
Tuesday: 6:30am to 9pm
Wednesday: 6:30am to 9pm
