I live in Bangalore, but due to COVID, I've been in Kolkata for the past 1½ years, or so. I was searching for a gym to work out at in this locality and my criteria were one—that offered CrossFit, corrective & weight training with a proper trainer(s). So, this gym was recommended to me by a friend. And my review of this gym & especially the trainer/owner, after working out here for 6 months—is that this is perhaps one of the best fitness centers/gyms in the locality. And I say this from personal experience because I've been to quite a few ones in the area. In most of them, they have A. Inexperienced trainer or no trainer at all & B. The ones that have are not certified to train. But, this one stands out from the lot. This gym is relatively new & technically on par with the ones I used to work out at in Bangalore. It has all the modern equipment one can ask for and then some more. But, most importantly, the trainer/owner is officially certified to train, which was very assuring to me.
The bottom line is if one is looking to work out at a gym with advanced equipment & under proper technical expertise, look no further!
