Extremely rude and pathetic driver. I reached on time bus was earlier than given time the driver abused me. Had an argument no one reaches late on purpose I had even called priorly to know the expected time. One cannot abuse a female passenger especially when they are travelling alone

Don’t book tickets with Kashish travels. Driver is very pathetic, one of passenger has asked to stop the bus due to older women wants to go washroom. Driver is listening to anyone. N even bus are very dirty. Driver Ashok in Bus no MH18 BA 2007 he is not cooperative. Bus bedshits also smelly.

No sense of customer service. Don't have sense to manage multiple customers at a time. Rude communication while taking phone booking. Incorrect date booking in rush. Phone hanged up in attitude when i realised them their behaviour. Not at all good service.
