A vintage library with most valuable collection of books. Quit peaceful place with victorian interior. Finely preserved books , helpful staff . Near by bank of river Narmada located in Old Bharuch.

Raichand Dipchand Library is one of oldest Library in Gujarat, with a enchanting architectural design, long glass shelfs and books older than your grandfather are the things which will spell bound you in this historic treasure land. If you love reading or visiting Historic places or any of the sort, you must visit this Library atleast once!

From outside one may disappointed with look but it seems to be new construction to support older one. From inside it's just wow ! . 157 years old library with nice interior and collection of rare books. As usual people of bharuch are ignorant about tier legacy. Very few visitors in a day. Library needs fresh membership drive, library needs visitors.
