A really underrated gym in puducherry, a go to place if you are planning to join gym. Cross fitness and personal training is awesome here. Kudos to the entire team for giving extremely good training. Free yoga classes are also available for existing members, which is great! Very good overall experience here.

RS Square fitness centre has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great. Everything is so clean, every trainer closely watches and corrects everyone’s form. I love this gym. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape.

Friday: 6 am to 9 pm
Saturday: 6 am to 9 pm
