While Purva Promenade has become popular due to its beach theme, we loved the project due to its location too. Situated at Hennur, this area is well-connected to many other locations of the city offering good convenience to the people who will be staying here. Also, there are many important elements around such as hospitals, restaurants, malls, and others. Moreover, this project was a perfect package and so we got an apartment here.

Puravankara’s latest project - Purva Promenade, looks heavenly. Some newspaper advertisements introduced me to these beautiful apartment buildings right in our city. I had no intention of buying a new place, but Purva Promenade made me give it a thought. I contacted the given number and enquired about this project. Spacious rooms, ultra-modern luxury spread in every corner, designed by foreign architects, surrounded by greenery and forest, and the rest of the amenities just won my heart. These apartments were falling under my budget as well. I was so impressed with every aspect that I had to book my place.

We wanted to invest in one of the Purva projects and we decided to invest in one of the newest launches in Bangalore, Purva Promenade. The project is upcoming at one of the eminent locations of Bangalore that is Hennur Road that will surely help in boosting up the value of the property in the future. What we loved about this property is that apart from being located at a prime location, it is coming up with a beach theme that will surely attract much attention.
