After my weirdest experiences I had left hope of finding a good counselor, through a reference I found this amazing person and enrolled myself for one session. I was apprehensive in the start but she was just perfect. So apt, so clear her unfolding was that it has made me a better person in last few months. I have referred Tanushree to many most of my friends who need expert help. She is one of the best people I have known by far and I can't be thankful enough to have who I got! Recommending her to everyone reading it here! ❤️❤️

I was suffering from anxiety for almost a dacade now. Tried everything in my capacity to heal myself but nothing worked. I was hopeless and thought will never overcome this but luckily I found Tanushree ma'am. She helped me to understand the patterns and traumas which I was completely unaware of. It's been a month and I am feeling really good anxiety has decreased. I am now much more aware of my patterns and I know that I will eventually completely heal. I must say she is an amazing tharepist and understands her patients completely. I would highly recommend her if anyone needs help.

I had always associated psychological therapy with something negative, until I found myself in the dire need. Mrs. Bhargava is an absolute professional. When I had started visiting her, I had constant anxiety towards life in general. But, now with therapy, I have been able to manage it to a large extent. Life is hopeful with therapy. Thanks to Mrs. Bhargava, I have unpacked a lot of trauma that I had experienced and simmered in. It is a long process of unlearning and re-learning, but I am able to do it with her help. if anyone is facing difficulties in life, which are too overwhelming, I would recommend visiting Psychological Health Care Centre.

The best thing that happened to me was going to Tanushree Ma'am. A good communicator who creates a comfort zone to discuss any problem. I felt a great difference in just 1-2 visits. Strongly recommended if you are battling with any personal turmoils.
