To start with I first spoke with Sridhar, he is such a down to earth person and he promised that I will be taken care properly as I have opted for Personal Training...
Special mention to Karthik my Personal trainer for taking care of me and guiding me to achieve the Goal

It’s a wonderful place to groom your body . Trainer Sridhar and Ajith were well experience in training . I have cut my weight from 90 to 68 in 3 months . Diet counselling from them made me a lot of awareness

Great gym with all the necessary amenities. All the equipments and machines are well maintained and properly functional. Cleanliness and overall maintanence is great.
Trainers are really helpful and knowledgeable and take genuine interest in overseeing the progress and well-being of clients and etc ....
