Very professional training.. we are one family.. coach takes personal care about each and everyone.. Our coach Logi keeps innovating new ways to keep our workouts interesting.. He is such a nice person.. weight monitoring.. motivation calls /messages .. fun games .. hill training, beach run..core workouts, family get together, festive celebration.. what not ?.. .. visit us once you will find what i said above is absolutely true.. ??
