In no way can be called an Oyo flagship. Oyo has been my staple go-to for any tarvelling I do, but this is the first time I am too upset with them. The rooms are not upto the mark and the service is pathetic. No elevator and above all I had to wake the staff up myself and ask for hot water for bathingcoz they don't have geysers in the room...and the answer they have is not available until 8-9AM. Finally after insisting and requesting them multiple times, I managed to get a heater rod kinda thing about which I am totally clueless of how to use it...some not so good experiences which is totally unexpected from an Oyo flagship hotel.

Bed bugs did not allow me to sleep. Such a bad experience. The staff are good. Should focus on cleanliness and hygiene of the room.

The rooms is not as what they show you on OYO. No hygiene. Linen very dirty. Asked them to change they said they don't have extra linen. No passage lighting in the night. In every manner they keep doing cost cutting. This hotel is not gud for family stay. Over all I will never suggest it to anyone.

Its a very old building with new paint on it staying near to garbage and in un-idetifiable location, Ac doesn't work, no hot water, paid for triple occupancy but extra mattress is not provided, tv is not working, property manager kept saying everything is working, oyo doesn't bother to resolve the issue, simply waste of money. Adding to it, owner kept saying if you want you can complaint to oyo and I dont mind, here in the reply he is saying please let us know the issues, if they were so responsive why would I be posting here.
