Hotel is good, rooms are good, bathroom cleaning ok, bed sheets ok. But not allowed to check in at 10am, as you have mentioned 10to 12 complimentary check in, he has took 300/- extra amount for early check in at 10.20 am

The hotel which i always prefarable is royal inn,As my opion at my recent checkin i had given my valuable feedback in the app,regarding Bed linen was not good and the checkin time bath towel was not provided and there was no tissue rool in the room the same has been given feedback in the app,After few hours i had received a call from the hotel,and one of the person had spoked with me in a way that why u had given the feedback,next time you dont come to our hotel,and i you comes to our hotel also we will not alocate room to you,he had spoken with me in a very bad manner,I had never expected this type of customer service from oyo staff,very bad this type of rude behaviour will definately impact on oyo business, One last word to all those who gona checkin into this hotel,try to think before you go..

Being a traveller i had my worst experience in a hotel stay in Royal Inn. This was my 2nd visit to Hyderabad & this hotel & the service quality has gone too bad in the 2nd term. The AC in my room was not cooling at all, upon putting a complain it was not fixed properly (the problem remained as it was). Moreover due to bad attitude of the manager, when i protested he shouted slangs at me & two of my other friends. He kept on refusing to show us CCTV footage of his claims against my team. He abused more when i gave 1/5 rating in OYO App due to rude behaviour. Never ever have i or my friends been mistreated & foul mouthed that to by a hotel manager ever. I will further escalate this mistreatment to the higher authorities.
