Location was good, Room is spacious...the only thing which I don't like is that their service. We have to call them again and again for room service, tea etc. Service is so slow. We ordered lunch at 2.30 and they served us at 4.30 after calling many times. But honestly food was so tasty. I am giving 2 star just because of food taste and location.

Very very poor and worst hotel I have ever seen.
Rooms are very very dirty
Bedsheets aren't clean
Walls are not clean
Washrooms are not clean
Flush doesn't work
Management is rude in providing alternative, asking customer to talk to OYO since we made booking online.
Dude if we make a direct booking, i won't even dare to stay in this hotel.
No proper response from Staff Service.

When I entered in the room no bedsheet was changed it was very dirty
They alloted another room and it was very bad
And again I paid extra amount then they have given another room
This is all because of online booking

Have stayed here last month. Was very dissatisfied with the management. THE BEDSHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN AND I COULD SEE THE DIRT ON IT!. The bedsheets were turned over so that from outside they would look clean. Stinky lobby. But was convinced with the staff behaviour as they were very polite. So recommended a friend of mine who recently stayed. The check in was at midnight within the reservation period, but they have asked for 500 and didn't give a receipt. They were ladies too and upon intimating the staff about the cleanliness they weren't responsive to that. Had a very bad experience. Thank you for the treatment!
