Nice one for small occasions. Food tastes good and it's hygiene too. The hall accommodates up to 200 members easily. Place and the surroundings are clean. Parking is available. Overall experience was good ??

They tried their level best to provide at par services despite being understaffed.. I was Pretty surprised when the hotel manager brought the food to the room and later cleared the plates!!!!!

Worst tasting food (I ordered a butter chicken, and there was other trash more than chicken. And the prices are too high as it is a "3-star" hotel. No proper response from reception. There are no tables in the room to have food (the reception claims that off all the rooms in the hotel, only 1 or 2 rooms have tables in them. There are no hangers in the washroom to hang clothes. There is no water heater in the bathroom. THIS IS A 3-STAR HOTEL, LODGES ARE BETTER THAN THIS HOTEL AND WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF MONEY.

The worst hotel in Khammam that i have visited. The lady at counter doesnt even care to Check In, if you look at her - she looks as if she hates people coming in. All negativity in her face.She did not even ask for ID Copy. She just gave keys and says go into room and wel see formalities later. No room boys to take you through. AC Filters of O'General were probably not cleaned for months now, hair is allover. Filters were left at dustbin. Called 4 times that AC is not working and guy came after 1 hour. Rest Room was not clean. Finally to check out, there was not even one person at counter, left the keys with a cleaner and left. I think they dont dust or clean the place at all. WIll never visit again. Its such a nice location and I think , there is no one interested to run this place. They should probably focus or take it easy.
