This is an amazing hotel with very helping stuff, well decorated restaurant & beautiful rooms with a prime city location & rates are as lower as a non star hotel. Its a value deal... For example, the hotel staff changes a better outside view room only by seeing our facial expressions, we never say a word. They provided free fress chilled water every time we ask , free wifi. There gufaa inn is a class apart restaurant. every staff of this hotel is very helpful. I insist you to stay at ohris, basera inn whenever You think about Hyderabad.... its the best

Manager and staff were polite and prompt in service. Room are not as spacious as shown in pictures(P.S. OYO Rooms). Avoid taking road view room as the traffic will not let you sleep.

Honest & helping staff Our phone was lost, but the staff searched for it and returned to us, I am very thankful to the Baserra staff for their efforts. Hotel is very reasonable & located in middle of city. Restaurant quality is too good.

I spent 5 days at the hotel. Very friendly place. The staff is very courteous. The Cave restaurant serves very authentic Indian cuisine. The Oyo rooms can do with some change in mattresses and pillows. Most of the linen is old and worn-out. Beds sink in the centre.

Good stay. Nice staff. Dinner and snacks were good except the free breakfast in the morning. While checkout they ask for your mobile to rate 5 * which I did not give.
