Excellent staff and it's best for family stay. Also it's located in center of the city hence u can visit any tourist place and come back at reasonable prices. Also the staff and owner are friendly people, who will organise tourist guide upon request. Overall excellent and safe place for families to stay in Hyderabad.

Its really nice considering the money you pay.. Beds were well cleaned as well as the room.. Toilets can be improved .feels like a dungeon in that toilet.. But you can't complain really

A very comfortable and affordable Nivas for any person cmg frm out station.The staff and attendant are also polite.No disturbance and no nuicanse.I always halt there whenever i travel to hyderabad.I book a room by just making a phone call and its done.

No drinking water in this hotel, u need to buy ur own drinking water. No laundry or room service. Yes water was arranged by one of the staff next day. Over all the second shift staff was really helpful and it was pleasant stay. As the owner promised he is arranging for ro plant in the hotel so visiting the same hotel whenever trips to Hyderabad as this place is located in center for everything and is maintained well. Only families are allowed here which is really a plus point for this.

It is on the road so it is difficult to sleep during daytime in the rooms which are towards road. Do not have clean water. Toilet and bathroom were ok. All the rooms have television and which is free of cost. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. There is no cafeteria available in the hotel but there are restaurants nearby.
