Very professional trainers. All the trainers are good... Special thanks to Monisha and Aravind for their support. They train us according to our needs. Gym ambiance is very good. They care on our wellness. They call us even if we take a leave. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

This is a best place to develope with cheap cost when compared to many of the costly gyms..... especially trainer Aravind has a wide knowledge in this field.....do approach him to take your body to next level and also trainer mis monisha is equally good in training ....but Aravind's idea will transform you from fat to fit .

After seeing many reviews I joined this gym is good they have all the equipments, time convenient for individual, good atmosphere .Trainers are professional they wil guide yu well to achieve loose weight. Especially for women it is good place.

Very nice gym.It is opened full time from morning 5am to night, for people like me going in night shift this gym is very suitable. Training is good ... I lost 7 kgs ....good equipments... Good workout schedule... It's very happy to be in this atmosphere.... Good facility in this gym... Totally nice maintenance and goood services. If u join u can definitely see good result in your body.
