The room and washroom was vert dirty... We had to call someone to change the sheets and pillows. When we checked out of the hotel nobody came to take the luggage in spite of calling the reception. There was no phone service in the room. We had to use our mobiles only. In all not a pleasant experience for the money we paid.

Let's start off by saying this hotel is in a very good location. Easy for my travel and the location I had in my mind and install in general. The staff was polite and helped me, but did not give me the relevant information needed. For ex: wifi password. I had to ask them via phone as I forgot to ask in a hurry,which usually is given by them. There was no landline or a direct one button number to the desk, instead a big board near our bed asking to call the mobile number incase anything is needed. The rooms were good, the bed was good and the bathroom was kept clean. But as soon as I entered second floor, it reeked the smell of cigarettes, including the restroom inside my room.. So it was not pleasent. And there was no basic amenities provided by them except for towel. No toothpaste or brush, or soap bit just an empty restroom which was fine as I preferred to use my own, but would like to see them as part of the hotel. And most importantly *NO FREE DRINKING WATER*.. you have to pay Extra 50 or 15 (didn't quite get it) Rs per 500 ml water.. The receptionist asked me to go out and buy it as is much cheaper. But the beds are comfortable, the people there were polite and helpful. But not having the basic amenities including water bottle is what's stopping me from recommending this place. If these are fine, you guys can def stay here.

The rooms are not properly Maintained. Toilets are smelly. Cockroaches are there in the room and also in the toilet room. No min Toileteries are given to guests. Water is also chargeable. Its my mistake to book a room . Do not go with the ratings of this Hotel. Its all fake.

Reception guy is rigid for check in time. Spare rooms are available and we are ready to paying charges for that then also he is not allowing us. He is not ready to talk with manager. Very poor service by this hotel. Don't do mistake to do booking in this hotel
