Been shopping at Niveda over 10 years now. Malathi auntie with utmost patience makes sure to show every single piece of jewelry at her store until we are satisfied. Also her fashion tips on what goes with what are for free n worth it! I still remember in 2018 when I visited India, I was searching for thick colored thread to pair with my newly bought pendant n she made sure for it to be available for me to pick up before my flight. Highly recommend the bangle setting they do to match with saris and lehengas.

I have been going to Niveda ever since they opened with my sister and amma. And now I take my kids whenever I visit. Malathi auntie and uncle are very sweet. Their service is honest and with care. She makes sure we leave happy and satisfied with whatever we purchase. My amma still makes purchases whenever she is visiting us in USA. Keep up the good collection and service!

Despite my visit was at a time 30 mins prior closing, the store keeper asked me politely to wait for 5 minutes. Took a little longer 4 the customer to leave. The lady in the store was really helpful, she helped me to select a necklace earrings set,which matches my fiance's wardrobe. I've zero knowledge about women's jewelry, and the only person with me was my friend who is equally ignorant as myself. I'm satisfied with my experience at niveda. sorry, i couldn't tell whether the rates are fair,till few days ago I didn't even knew alloy jewellery ever existed.
