Nidar academy has a nice set and a good learning environment. Coach is really supportive ,even if you are not interested in martial arts you must try Yoga classes.

Nidar Martial arts is aptly named. The place truly teaches one to be "Nidar". It promotes individuals to have self awareness, which is an important aspect of one's personality. The instructor does his job in an absolutely amazing way. He's a combination of professionalism, quality, knowledge and values. The place is worthy of your time and money. Highly recommended!

The place is very welcoming. Even if you're a girl you don't have to fear to go forth and learn to defend yourself. This is the right destination to get acquainted with self defence. It will teach you to act smartly, improve your reflexes and move ahead confidently.
