Very good dietician. diet chart is easy to follow. Open for suggestions from our side.started seeing result in the first week itself.diet chart is based on full nutritions required for the body rather than aiming for a drastic weight loss.Overall very good experience.

Dr. Neethu did a great job of understanding what I need by providing insightful comments for ways of rethinking food, preparation and planning. She was a great listener and extremely easy to open up to, I really enjoyed how she managed to change my food habits by setting a strong baseline with good food preparation and planning and providing a different perspective on nutrition. I just completed my first month with Doc and I can say that was extremely help me to reduce my weight frank to say thatz beyond my expectations. The only complaint which I have is nothing other than I missed rice meal fully over the period

I wanted to reduce some weight and so I contacted Dr Neethu for getting the diet plan. With the excellent support provided by Dr Neethu, I was able to reduce 5kg in a month time. She followed up with me almost every day to know the progress and she was always available for all my queries. I would always recommend Dr Neethu for a weight loss journey.Thank you.
