Akshay sir nd anil sir they both r professional n disciplined. There is no problem in vantilation and all the people who come here have manners n etiquettes. Writing this cause i read some non sense people writing bad reviews, I read those reviews and went to this gym just to check but there was proper vantilation because of AC and this gym is quite enough in size and quality as compared to others.

This is the best gym in South Ex with proper guidance from trainers and the best part is flexible diet chart! It's been a year here and the vibe here hits you different and the music system here is actually my psychotic(pre-workout) . This gym will teach you motivation is overrated and what actually matters is discipline.
