Well organised, properly maintained, fully air-conditioned gymnasium with a wide range of equipments and weights. Excellent trainers and very good ambience. Steam baths are available. Would recommend this gym to everyone who's thinking of getting fit.

Its been a month i have joined ! And till today i have had nothing but progress. This is definitely the best gym around behala. The place is very well equipped, the ambience being cool and friendly! The trainers are very friendly too and focused on every detail of your workout, they really encourage you and give the best guidance. I would very much recommend it to anyone who wants to start gym and that too for the first time. Really enjoy working out here.
