Services are not good in comparison to other Maruti Suzuki service centres. NEXA is the better option in Purnea.

The agents here are very unprofessional. There's a guy named Rohit Kumar who is very rude and lacks a professional attitude. Don't consult him. They try to add unnecessary accessories costs when you go to buy cars that amount to 40 to 50 thousand. I went to Vitara Brezza and they denied selling the car if you didn't buy accessories. They have made accessories compulsory which is optional. Without accessories they don't sell cars. Prefer Bhagalpur dealership or outside Bihar dealership like jharkhand there Registration cost is even less only 5% as compared to Bihar which is 11%. Direct benefit of 50-60 thousand in car price.
