I have been to this place few number of times. Horrible behavior and treatment they do to the customers.They also misbehaved with my mother,they don't even respect aged people.They only respect people who will have crores to buy else they will not even look at you or attend properly.All the sales persons there are ill mannered and very rude.They will treat you as if you went there not to buy but to beg from them. Worst place to buy ornaments in kolkata. Special mentions to a guy named Krishnendu and Priyanka, and ofcourse the manager Mr.prodhyut they should focus more on treating customers than selling them.Customers will automatically buy and go if they get good treatment and behavior. And lastly they make u wait for hours unnecessarily and don't even attend you and the billing process takes not lesser than 3 hrs. I will certainly not recommend this place to anyone.There are better options. Please try there.They will atleast treat you like humans. They deserve ZERO star.

Waste store with idiot sales persons without any discounts and if you ask discounts they make face of crying and will simply wash off hands by asking other persons. Cant even make a discount of 500 even if you purchase around a lakh. Zero customer pleasant approach or satisfaction. Funny part is they bills you even Rs.3
