Looks better with improved pavement-- smooth and safe.Railings along the plants area is good. But the greens look like an eyesore like a wikd forest. The rough and uneven hard rock small walkway outside the regular circle is a problem for a smooth walk as tripping and falling risk threaten walkers to use it. It should be relaid with the small tiles used on the regular walking path.
