A Decent spread for Lunch on Friday.
Chat items , soups, welcome drinks, main course and deserts. Taste of all items are good. They have a live counter for Pasta and they made a very good pasta. They have good spread of main course which consists of Steam rice , matter pulav, bhindi subsi, dal, paneer subzi, Avial, garlic noodles , fried rice, stir fry vegetables to name a few.
They have salad section which is suitable for healthy individuals
The desert spread with Indian sweets like moong dal halwa, blueberry pudding and range of pastries and ice creams.
Compared with other Marriott which I experienced eg JW Sahar Mumbai the spread is limited.
Positives :
1) Not much crowded . One can spend quality time with family and friends.
2) Taste of items are good. Pasta was very well made. Lacha Parata was very soft.
3) price is bit high Rs2100 per person inc all taxes considering the spread
4) Service was good and impressive
Concerns which needed improvement:
1) The staff are not fully aware of the menu so you need to find out yourself.
2) There is no display of the menu
3) Chat items are far below standards needs lot of improvement in taste
4) Bhindi was not of good quality used. Surprised how such star hotels can overlook the quality and they approve such substandard quality veggies
5) Welcome drink was served in the middle after almost 45 min in to the buffet
6) Ice creams were in melting point. Again wonder how such gaps are allowed in star hotels?
7) Service can be more personalised means one person to take care from beginning to end.

Food was awesome. Specially pork belly, Crispy fish fry, Echor biriyani, brownie pudding, mutton rogan josh just love it.
They have excellent spread of dessert. I am not a dessert person, can't perfectly explain their tasty dessert. Must try them.
The stuffs behavior is very nice, very cooperative.

It's a great place, Buffet is decent along with ambience!We went for Dinner at around 9PM and buffet about to complete so be there before 8.30 PM.Staff are polite.Good for special occasions.Tks

I went for a family lunch at M Cafe in Marriott Whitefield. I have been there before so I thought let’s go once again for a nice relaxing experience with good ambiance.
As expected ambiance is super, hospitality is great, the staff is very polite and cooperative.
The disappointment started with the table we chose / provided. The table was sticky and looked untidy we ignored it and moved to buffet counter. We were surprised to see that there buffet spread is just 2 options per course for vegetarians (I assume for non veg too). 2 soups (veg and non veg), 2 starters, 2 main course curries, 2 bread choices. The only thing which has more than 2 choices was dessert counter.
We were just trying to adjust our expectations with all this we had a fly circling our table.
This was the point I had to call the manager who was polite and accepted that table was recently painted and thus had stickiness. Then they brought fly killer racket but by then all of were turned off.
Overall average experience you can only of ambiance

Went to MCafe - for dinner buffet, wasn’t up to our expectation. There were live counters for chaat, noodles/pasta etc. The noodles as in pic was full of masala and didn’t taste good , asked for schezwan egg noodle and the one served was a masala one .. taste was horrible too . The dessert section had lot of spread, the kala jamun was pretty hard to break in first place , didn’t seem fresh . The freshly served rotis were ok , there were few empty trays and until we left it wasn’t refilled - veg and non veg both . overall it wasn’t as we expected and it turned out bad on a special day !
