Nice location, easy access. Temporarily road is under repair (2019 Oct). Low lying area. May be flood prone. Good construction. Good layout also. Has good gardens. Security 24x7.

Very good housing society in Belgaum and has a very great view from the top floor flats. Very good to get a house in with amenities like Swimming pool, club house and other stuff. Ample of parking space available. It is also good as an investment to buy a flat there. In spite of all the legal allegations it is a good housing society to livein.

Its a very good housing society in belagavi. Rooms are very spacious. They have a swimming pool, gym, play area, temple etc. You get a very beautiful view from top floors... 3 bhk apartments have 3 balconies, which is really amazing... The down part is dat sometimes only one lift works... ?
