A number of family-friendly attractions are nearby this place. Getting up to the view of the lake and walking by the lakeside in the evening is a pleasure. There are also schools nearby and one of the Kota's most prestigious coaching institutes (Allen) is not far away. There is no doubt that it's a great catch, and you might regret missing it.
