Loved this place. Went at night and spent time quality time walking around with friends and cousins. Saw couple of shops open and had light snacks with tea available. Heard evenings can get busy with decent crowd. The kottapuram bridge is visible from here and the place is well maintained. Have place to sit and rest if you are tired walking. There is also a mosque around if its prayer time. The area is pretty clean and good to capture variety photographs.

Best place to spend some quality time with your family. This place situates at the banks of periyar river which is considered to be one of the ancient markets called muziris. Pros: have some nice restaurants and neat public toilets. There is also enough space for parking cars and two wheelers. There is also Tipu Sultan's port newrby. Cons: None ?
