I and my wife have done two trips arranged by Kipepeo. One to Bhutan in June 2016 and another to North Sikkim in May 2019. Our experience on both occasions was excellent. Once you are picked up at the airport, everything was arranged for until drop back at the airport at the end of the trip. The local drivers and vehicles were very safe and reliable. The hotels chosen were of good quality. The homestays were enjoyable as well. During our North Sikkim trip, somebody from the travel agency was available on mobile all the time in case clarifications were needed about the itinerary, hotel package, etc. I should add that all the booking etc. was done over email/mobile and bank transfer of money etc. I have not had a physical meeting with Piran so far but hope to meet him in the future! All in all, a very pleasant experience and we look forward to doing more trips with Kipepeo in the future.

Great experience and well organised trip! Arunachal Pradesh is extremely beautiful and scenic place. Kipepeo organised the entire holiday with a dedicated car and driver throughout the trip, guides and hotels for all our stay. Loved the arrangements.

I'd been looking at Kipepeo for the past 2 years. Initially planned a Sikkim itinerary with Piran and then the lockdown happened. So that went down the drain. Then was looking for options for Arunachal and he kindly helped with that. At the last minute, we switched to Meghalaya and Piran stepped up for that as well. More importantly, we were looking for an itinerary that was not a cut and paste of every standard itinerary. We wanted to incorporate more hikes and local experiences and a few of the popular destinations as well. The very first itinerary that Piran sent was extremely close to what we were looking for and infact, he was the only provider to have done this.
So the interaction was off to a good start. We had very few days before we were to travel. So his quick responses helped seal this. He was able to understand our requirements and guide us with his strong experience, especially telling me what our 9 year old could do (seems I was underestimating)
On the actual trip, he provided a local driver-cum-guide (his go-to man) and that completely took the trip experience to a new level. Shim was able to guide us through all the excursions planned supplying trivia and information titbits all the time. Plus, since we were travelling in the interiors, having him with us, meant we could eat local at the most basic places and it was amazing. A clean car, absolute safe driving and a perfect balance of friendly and discreet, we couldn't have done this trip without him
Also, while we were travelling, one of the places we were supposed to camp at cancelled the stay. While disappointing, it was less so because of Piran's swift change of plans and ensuring we had another accommodation and we could do the interesting adventure parts.
Our itinerary was Shillong - Mawrynkhang - Mawphanlur - Sohra (Mawphlang) - Sohra (Double decker bridge) - Sohra (Nohkalikai falls) - Shnopdeng - Ri Kynjei (near Shillong).
The trip has been one of the best experiences of our life. The memories and the energy it provided is still carrying us through. Each day was a different experience, a revelation. We have our go-to man for every trip to the North East. Looking forward to more such trips with Kipepeo.

From the time, I sent the query for a north east specific custom made trip till the time the tour was done, kipepeo team was one of the most professional folks I have interacted in travel industry. Good in planning and execution.The quality of accommodations they chose, the reliable drivers they provide and on call support for any little changes, makes them my first go to travel planners. And interestingly they are very reasonably priced too. I would recommend them to anyone without any apprehension, for a memorable experience to meet any or all of the seven sisters

Hi, we a group of 6 made a trip to Arunachal Pradesh. Piran arranged the entire tour excellently. Though he was not with us but we felt his presence in terms of his choice of cottages/home stays. At every place we were given homely treatment with a proactive and helpful staff. They served delicious food and we still relish the taste of the food.
The selection of locations were exquisite and the scenery of these locations were even better than what would have been in posters. The driver cum guide was very warm and courteous and friendly to interact with.
All in all Piran's experience in the field took care of all the travel tussles of good home food, great planning... taking us step by step up and bringing us down same way... Keeping us healthy to enjoy every moment of it
We would really like to recommend and thank Piran for making this trip very special and close to our hearts.
