The service was the problem and it was because I walked in to a fairly empty restaurant and I had to call someone to take my order after 20 mins of sitting and waiting. The ambiance requires updates and upkeep, was a bit dirty and not as pleasant. Food was good but I was expecting a lot more from the experience.

Very tasty and mouth-watering dishes that are perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Portions were good for all of us—one of the places I would recommend if you visit Bangalore. Service could be faster. However, the food is worth waiting for. i will visit again.

Food - its a very mediocre taste and didn't like the taste as well. Very limited options available for vegetarians. Take a lot of time to service. Best thing on the menu was dal makhani and kulfi. Falooda in kulfi falooda was horrible. Service takes time. If you are going there make sure you have ample amount of time. Like 3 hours to just dine. Ambience is mediocre for ITC stds. Tried to make it look premium but are not successful.

It is a very beautiful place and you must visit this place for authentic South Indian food especially Coastal cuisine. The ambience is awesome and their service is prompt, without being intrusive. Multiple vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available, though we settled for veg dishes. The staff helped us in making our choices and we found the preparations were excellent!
