Very Huge And Busy Bus Stand. No shade are there ,if you are waiting for a bus you have to stand in Sun. Also a problem for rainy day.

Very busy crossing as there are various office and education institutes in the vicinity. The place has a wide range of transport facilities which includes buses for different areas of the city, auto rickshaws, the new east west metro which spans from salt lake sector 5 to sealdah. The metro specially grabbed my attention. This is the new east west metro came into action not very long ago. It might prove to be life changing transport facility for some people who had to go through all those crossings with nasty amount traffic on a daily basis either to get to their colleges or to their respective work place. The metro station is quite clean which was a bit surprising for me. Living in India we don't really expect public places to be clean. But this was an exception maybe because it is new. The kaunamoyee station is the second station starting from salt lake sector 5 which is followed by the central park metro station which is just beside the Vikas Bhaban.
