Staffs are Not active and don't oblige or cooperate. We visited the branch three times to request to change the mobile number linked to bank account one or the other reasons they didn't done the job. Too much ego. Even the internet banking is not user friendly. Also long back we visited the bank to Invest in some ipo through ASba. The staff was not aware of such service is available in bank.I tried to convince them but their limited knowledge failed me to do so. Now without our concern they keep calling use - saying they have our credit card. But the fact is we never applied for a credit card nor we need it. Unnecessary annoying. Totally govt ego employees.
