Fraud Beware!! They are fraud. Hardly pick d calls or reply to messages. Over the call they ll mention one rate and when u reach their shop they ll quote another rate. And Also don't fall for their Denzo facility. They ll fix one rate at d shop and aft delivering auto person ll charge you another rate. n when u try to reach them to spk to d auto follow they ll not pick the call n eventually u have to pay the auto person extra amount bcoz he would be making trouble in front of your house which you don't want. i had bad experience with them. I needed rats for my pet snake n we agreed for 3 nos for 600/- (adv payment of 300/- already paid) n denzo charges for aquarium to be delivered for 500/-. after delivery auto person started asking me for 1300/- (500 for rats and 800/- for auto). When I tried to reach SAHIL from karnataka aquarium on call n whats app they didn't receive my call. I had to pay the same amount as auto person was creating trouble in front of my flat. @Owner of Karnataka Aquarium : Just bcoz I gave a review you wanted to resolve this issue now. Where were you when I faced this issue? You decline to receive my normal as well as whats app calls. In fact, ur shop in-charge SAHIL also didn't respond. you didn't bothered to respond to the missed calls I gave.

Wonderful place to buy turtles. I purchased a red eyed slider turtle from here. If you are an amateur they will brief you step by step, guide u based on needs. They tell u what the truth is. A must visit place if u are keeping an aquarium for the first time.

Saw many videos on Youtube and kept calling them to order birds, they neither answer the calls nor call back. Very BAD experience.. Its nothing as promised on Social media... I would rather prefer some other small shop then being dependent on this shop.

Shop contains exotic animals , birds , snake's, etc , rates are descent , but exotic animals are very high in price , photography is not allowed inside the shop because of some reasons , you can buy birds , fishes , cats , dogs snakes etc from this shop , owner is very good in nature and friendly , many types of fishes available in cheap rate in this shop
