Excellent trake took 2.30 hr one side to trake if u are regular ...as photos and view watching takes time Air pressure on top can be vary dangerous so keep it in mind.. Rainy season is best for treak with slippery road cautions ..do not recommend heavy rain treaking Rails and steps ..grilled staircases are available on difficult positions so no need to worry.

It's been more than 3 years since I last visited this place and let me tell you it has changed a lot. I guess a lot of trekkers would relate to what I am about to say right now. - The routes have widened up. - Lots of new local shops have opened up. - New staircases and proper man-made steps have added up. - The rush to the top has increased by 10-15 times. BUT BUT BUT, I still got goosebumps while I was standing at the top of the mountain range. I could see each and every peak from that one particular point and I could feel that I am on top. I made it. I did it. I still got that adrenaline rush inside me. . I didn't take the normal route. I went on an exploration in the middle of the night, trying to take all the wrong routes and trying to reach the top. I eventually did with a few thorns in my hand, cut and bruises on my legs and pants, tshirt a bit torn but I was happy. I was in the zone. . The trek, the fireflies, the winds, droplets of rain, tent stay at the top, morning sunrise and if you have managed to read all this you would know that finally after 8 YEARS OF TREKKING IN MAHARASHTRA, I FINALLY SAW INDRAVAJRA. THE RARE PHENOMENON OF ALL THE PHENOMENON ?❤️. I FELT IN LOVE I still can't take it out of my head

It is the highest or one can say Everest of Maharashtra. One of my other favourite treks. It starts from Bari village and is about 6 kms which took me around 2.5 hours to climb. One can easily find many places to sit and have snacks. The route is really beautiful and scenic. It's the easiest trek. After reaching the top, you can view Sahyadri hills, Bhandara dam and Harishchandragad fort and many other peaks.

The everest of Maharashtra one of the most trekking place Kalsubai is a 6.6 km long trek with is the highest peak in Maharashtra leveling 5400 feet. It’s a very famous trek in Sahyadri region, close to Bhandardara. Base village for this trek is Bari. Kasara is the nearest rail head, from there shard Jeep/taxi are available until Bari village. Please avoid Sunday and public holidays. Difficulty level is normal to medium, but endurance level is high. High endurance is required as you need to climb on ladders having elevation of around 70-80 degree. Loads of stalls (tapris) are available in route of the trek, where you can get Vada Pav, Bhajia, Water, Maggi, Corn, Tea and many more. Breakfast and lunch can be ordered at Bari village. The everest of Maharashtra It is highest peek in Maharashtra. Trek is medium to hard in difficulty. Trek is really best. We can see beautiful view around road. You can have some fast food on the way. You can have some small to medium waterfall on the way. And also some landscape full of blooming flowers on the way. KASLUBAI|KALSUBAI|KALSUBAI Please avoid over daring as road is sleepery. Have a good treaking shoe.

Kalsubai is also called as Everest of Maharashtra as its height is 1646 from sea level; best time for trekking is midnight we started our track at 12:30 and reached the peak @4:00 sunrise is like the best ever new visual to your eyesight. And the night time is like traveling to heaven ?. You can rent your personal ⛺ and have a talk with star which will definitely give you a new experience ?. It is visited throughout the year by avid trekkers, Kalsubai temple devotees and wildlife enthusiasts alike. It is named after one of the three sisters Kalsubai, Ratnabai and Katrabai.
