Gave my watch today for cell replacement and they made a scratch on my watch. They don’t even have proper tools and used a tweezer to open the watch which ended up making this scar!! Never ever take an expensive watch to them. They even requested me to keep the watch with them and come back later which I felt quite inappropriate and alarming. I didn’t allow them to keep the watch and left without changing the cell.
