Please avoid staying in this hotel due to the below experience I faced during my stay. It can happen to you too.
*Thief in the hotel room at midnight*
I booked this hotel for a week and stayed in room 204 at midnight, around 12 o'clock.
I had a horrible thief experience entering the room from the balcony and trying to steal my backpack and laptop suitcase while I was sleeping.
Somehow, I got awake and started shouting for help, then he left the bag on the balcony and ran away with the help of a drainage pipeline, jumping to the opposite building and escaping.
And the staff is not at all cooperative.

We booked a suite at icon, it was a spacious room with a extra room. There is bathtub and they have provided cutlery also. The staff was humble and quick. The food served was really tasty with good quantity. Will definitely visit this place again!

The prices in the cafe is very affordable with good quality and that's what any customer would want.
The Banquet is amazing too , a must visit for young and the old.
It has a beautiful location and exceptional customer service.

Good hotel for business travelers. Located near Marthalali bus-stop and Mahindra service center.
Complimentary breakfast was decent but has a scope for improvement. Since many PG are nearby, walking to the hotel from ORR main road is safe. The staff were polite. In room dining is a bit on the costlier side. You can go for a walk to the ORR and find good affordable food options. You can catch a movie after work, because there is a multiplex across the road. Was given 2 complimentary water bottles. Nice spacious balcony.
