Being an ICICI bank customer i have both sweet and bitter experiences. Most of the times cash deposit machines work. However the queue management is not so perfect and the bank staff do not care about crowd management. Guard at this bank just does his duty so nominally.

Worst service. I opened salary account 25days back. And i am unable to login net banking and mobile banking. It is showing that incorrect mobile number and date of birth. What service they are doing i am not understanding. Contacted them nenarlu 10 times and visited no use. Better to close the bank as it is useless. All details i have that they didnt upload it properly and no response. I didnt get salary as well. Worst service ever seen

One week before I have paid total amount of my personal loan to preclose from the same branch. It's almost complete one week of time but still they didn't complete the process. As of I observed, very late process and late response.
