I asked for room clean service. And we were consistently impressed by the Chrinjait service boy's dedication and professionalism. The room was impeccably cleaned and created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. It was evident that he took pride in his work and ensured that every corner of the room was spotless.

It's situated at action area 2 in Rajarhat. No help to carry your luggage even in case of Sr. Citizen at the time of check in. Location wise good if your work is near Airport or North Kolkata. Room is small and crammed like. Lot of gadgets are installed but it gives more trouble than help. Gadgets are not wisely installed. Breakfast buffet not visible. I have to struggle to find items. Breakfast items are neither western not eastern. Staffs are good but not professional. Probably newly appointed. Above all this hotel management is trying to enhance professionalism and improve aminities but sad that implementation is big zero.

I stayed at Ibis. It was well maintained and serviced business hotel. Fantastic service by Mr. Ayan Banerjee. He took care of our needs.
The food at restaurant is too good. I loved the breakfast menu.
I would say that I got disappointed with room size. I feel it is too cramp and they didn't provide a table & chair to use my laptop.

Staff is good very friendly. Some staff member like shibprasad goes extra length to take care. Food is also very nice.
But response from room service is very late. Had to wait very long for water bottles. And at night they have very less staff members which put so much pressure on the night shift personnel in turn the service suffers. Management should take a note of this

The rooms were good with an amazing view, Spacious dining area.
The cleaning service was really nice.
A clean and nicely decorated place with beautiful view, well behaved, helpful staff, actually there was nothing as such to complain about.
Coming here, you can find a luxurious vibe all around. Definitely a great hotel to visit or stay.The hotel and staff are excellent.Would definitely recommend to stay here.
