The best part of Hub of fitness is that the owners and trainers are very much knowledgeable and they focus on performance of each person doing workout. Also they are very friendly and always ready to clear your doubts anytime. I dont think there is another gym or fitness centre in Tripura which will provide similar services at such reasonable price.

Hands down, best choice I have made training at Hub of Fitness.The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring and supporting, the workouts led by trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement.

You might be a gym goer, lifter, but what HOF gives you is Complete Holistic Fitness. Your workout routine looks something like Warm up, getting your working muscle groups ready, heart rate up, main workout, cool down, stretching session and then meditation. ????‍♂️ The coaches DC and Shubham are on par with Crossfit and Squat University coaches. They dont help you lift, they help you with life. ? I remember, on tough days, when going through another set of reps seemed impossible, the coaches would grunt “Go deep down inside of yourself, and find that monster that gets the job done!” And we did it together. I carry those words, that mental model in whatever task I undertake, be it work or workout. Thank you HOF! ??
