Room and facilities were clean, proper emergency facilities were visible. The only problem was the entrance alley from the main street - it's not clean and smooth.

Room and Washroom is way too much unhygienic. Very congested washroom, old room paints, old building, unhygienic surroundings. If you stay in 1st or 2nd Floor, you will be exhausted by climbing congested and steep staircases. Even if you stay, make sure you purchase washroom slipper, they don't provide it. Entrance alley is also unhygienic.
