Very dirty room showed one room and gave us another room saying that no other room was vacant. There was leakage in the basin pipe and after requesting so many times also they didn't changed the dirty door mat. We were told if we checkin between 10-12am no additional charges will be there but the hotel manager charged us saying that oyo wala to kuch vhi kehte hai. While leaving the room the manager said ratings 5 kar dijiye ga and kept requesting again and again. Also kept asking for some money as tips. Really very bad experience.Never go with OYO......

Its a good hotel like apartment, its near Bisorjon ghat, peaceful place and minimum prices, It's cost rs 1200 to 1300 per night.

Very bad hotel.Very bad service. They are not provide good service. Bedsheet are not cleaned. In the toilet they are not give any slipper. In the room they are not provide any mosquito killer. But Staff behaviour is very nice.
