It's not a 5 star property but for the price it is definitely a top rated hotel for anyone. Great location and well maintained. Ambience is good. When we stayed here very few occupants were there. Ofcourse COVID has taken a toll on this industry far more than other businesses. Whenever I will come to the city, certainly this will be the place where I will come first.

Our family comfortable with this hotel staying two days. The room is spacious, bathroom facility, heater is available in 24 hours in pipes and showers, tv, a/c. Good behaviour to customer. More convenient in all aspects ( room rent, facilities, cleanliness, safety, comfortable, convenient). Suggest this is good for staying anyone go to trivandrum. (Location is thampanoor)

5 min walk from trivandrum station. Staff is good.no toiletries provided. For eating breakfast you need to cross the road and go to there another hotel. The only pinch is when you book this hotel with breakfast and lunch / dinner, they provide you a coupon with a price limit decided. Like for breakfast you cannot eat more than 200 and for lunch/ dinner you cannot rat more than 400.above this amt you eat you need to pay.so not worth. It's better you book without this services. Rest hotel , lift and fixtures everything is old and not maintained.

Location is very accessible and rent is affordable. Only room service available now, and they closed the veg restaurant that was there (that is why only 4 stars). The food we get in room service is very good. They should have some provision for morning coffee. Otherwise it is good.
