The room was good and service was very good. The food was also nice. We were received with welcome drink and the room had dental kit and free toiletries. There was AC, gyser and electric kettle. The best part is the location. We will definitely stay there again. The room was of average size but good. And amenties were good.

I stayed here for two days, but I was supposed to stay here for 4 days, after seeing the condition of room and services, I checked out on 2nd day and booked another hotel, as described in photo, it is not look like as. I will not say to stay here but I will also not recommend, it depends on you.

The hotel staff was abusive and rude, they charged us extra and won't let us go without paying, they stood in front of our cab and threatened us and the cab driver. They made us change the room twice since the ac was leaking all over the bed and we had to call them a lot to make them change the room. Very bad behaviour.

In the heart of Park Street... Comfortable stay and the Receptionist is really sweet, he makes sure you are taking the right cab/ Kali Peeli to PRINCEP Ghat or Victoria Memorial. Trinca's just 5 mins away is an amazing Coffee Shop! Do try the Nutella Cappuccino

The only positive about this hotel is its location. The rooms are tiny and the washrooms are even tinier . With the price I paid , i was expecting more than just a suffocating cubical. When asked for at the reception, they asked me to upgrade by paying extra and said that this was all they could provide. The room has a bed which covers 3/4th or the entire space. Movement is restricted and dark. Service is pathetic. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I was fooled by the fancy pictures on Google. A total disappointment.???
