Just visited the bank for an joint bank account opening along with my father and the staff was very cooperative and even less then 30 min all the processing was done. Thanks a lot to Ms Meenakshi for your fabulous customer care.

I have opened Current Account there. Till opening of Account, Mrs. Alka Chaturvedi was very co-operative and responsive. After Account opening she neither picking up my call nor respond to the sms. Also I did not receive welcome letter containing my account details and Customer ID. I wasted my 4 hrs to get my customer ID , because of no coperation from Alka Chaturvedi

Pl be very careful when you withdraw cash in bulk at cashier counter. I had an experience in 2010-11 of fake 500/- notes given to me by Shanti park cashier in the bunch. Same was detected when i went to deposit unspent balance in ICICI. It was so embarassing as i was made to fill a form with all my personal details. They siezed the notes and did not return though i was allowed to take pictures. When i went back to hdfc,there was this lady branch manager who accussed me instead that I'm trying to fool them. I realised there is a nexus amongst few in that branch. What i did as a lesson to them: 1- Stopped further deposits 2- No investment in mutual funds, PM's etc through hdfc bank 3- Made icici as my salary account and rest of investments.
